During the pilot, issues are reported by email. Write to support@ultiblob.com with the subject Learning pilot so it is recognised as a pilot report.

What to include

Page URL
Copy it from the address bar — it tells us which course, lesson or lab you were on.
What you expected
One sentence is enough.
What happened
The message on screen, word for word, if there was one.
When
Date, time and your time zone, so we can find it in the logs.
