    Confirm mgmt01 is a domain controller for lab.local and review the service accounts SCVMM and SCOM depend on.

  3. Lesson 3: Install the Hyper-V Role

    Enable the Hyper-V role on hyperv01 and confirm the hypervisor and nested virtualization are working.

  4. Lesson 4: Virtual Switch & First Nested VM

    Build an internal virtual switch and create a small nested VM that SCVMM and SCOM will later manage and monitor.

  5. Lesson 5: SCVMM — Bring Your Host Under Management

    Connect to System Center Virtual Machine Manager and add hyperv01 to the fabric as a managed Hyper-V host, then create a library share.
